At Woolly Clothing Co, we stand behind the quality of our merino wool apparel and offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn, unwashed items. We want to ensure you find the perfect fit and feel for your outdoor adventures and daily wear.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure tracked and secure transit.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and secure the prepaid label to the outside of the parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
